Max damage weapons - Guild Wars Forums

Can someone tell me what a 'max damage weapon' is? How do you tell?

Any weapons, shields, or foci that have the same properties in the above page are considered max-damage. Keep in mind that simply having a max damage sword doesn't mean that it's the best sword available...depending on your build, you need to account for weapon mods as well, and that's not counting some weapon mods that are inherent in the weapon itself (i.e. +15%damage when Health > 50% ).
